Chakra Visualisations CD
The Chakra Visualisations CD takes you on a journey through each of the Seven Major Chakras in turn allowing you to connect to and explore each centre.
Within each visualisation, there is opportunity to come to understand the nature of each Chakra and make significant changes to the energy therein. The results of taking these journeys can be very significant and life-changing.
This is a double CD comprising over two hours of visualisations.
Each CD begins with an 'Opening Up' visualisation that prepares you for the journey into which ever centre you chose. This visualisation can also be used as a preparation for your independent meditation.
Following on from this are seven visualisations each focussing on one of the Major Chakras and offering a simple yet powerful means of connecting with these centres and the wisdom they hold about your life and soul's journey.
