Insight Visualisations CD
The Insight Visualisations CD is a collection of Guided Visualisations that are designed to support you as you make your spiritual journey. Perhaps you may wish to find your sanctuary - your special peaceful place in which you can be yourself, or meet your Master and connect to that pure loving energy always available to you.
There are also three visualisations that focus on various aspects of self-healing: a tie-cutting exercise, which provides you with the opportunity to improve challenging relationships; a visualisation which takes you to meet your Inner Child and explore and perhaps heal your past, and finally a visualisation for self-healing using colour.
This is a single CD of over one-hour in length.
It begins with an 'Opening Up' exercise which can be used in preparation for the subsequent visualisations or for your independent meditation.
